Requirements for success
a) Ability to source passive candidates through networking
b) Successful track recruiting through social networks such as LinkedIn
c) Experience working with the latest Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
d) Excellent communication and presentation skills
e) Being able to multitask while staying focused
f) In depth understanding of technical requisitions
g) Being able to develop trusted relationships with candidates and clients
h) Hard working, -do whatever it takes- attitude
i) Exemplary honesty and integrity
j) Experience opening new accounts through recruiting efforts (optional)

This position is commission-based (highest in the country) with an unlimited earning potential and a quick turnaround on profits. A weekly draw is possible, though.
