Main Function
Resolution of client and application issues stemming from clients use of BARX FX, FI, Equities, Futures and Options Trading platform, XTP FIX connections for Futures Options and Equities, Business support, trade issue resolution, new client set-up, creation and contribution to MIS data, training users.
Main Duties
• Liaison between IT, Operations, Business Desks and Clients.
• Involvement with Client set-up, installations and upgrades.
• Problem management and escalation.
• Close interaction with Sales and Traders.
• Understanding the various business areas to ensure concise assistance and feedback to the users.
• Client on-boarding.
Person Requirements
Essential:
5 years experience of 1st and 2nd line client and trade support.
Strong hands-on FIX onboarding experience
Knowledge of the FX, Futures and Equties markets, Front office operations
Client facing experience
Investment Banking
Preferred:
Strong Sales/Trading business knowledge
