C# Lead Developer / Architect

They have multiple needs for Technical Leads and/or Systems Architects with Equity Derivatives experience

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership to the project team by taking responsibility for a specific component or track of the project SDLC; Planning, estimation, people management, issue resolution and quality assurance; Work with Object Oriented design; Drive mid level planning exercises with engineers; Anticipate issues and risks and escalate appropriately; Facilitate workshops and client meetings

Experience Guidelines:

Must possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related field

Minimum 5 years experience in systems integration and development, package implementation, and/or interactive design

Proven Consulting experience ideally from a Big Few or Second Tier Consulting firm; excellent communication skills and client management experience

Must have Financial Services experience with Equity Derivatives on the Sell side having dealt with real time trading applications

Knowledge of multiple technologies including but not limited to Java and/or C+ and/or .NET

Proven leadership skills to independently manage a track of work with a group of people during multiple phases of the project lifecycle

Willingness to relocate or travel to New York, Boston and/or Chicago markets

Compensation  $125,000/y
