The Director of Systems Architecture is responsible for the definition and implementation of our system technology roadmap. As part of the roadmap creation and delivery he/she will:
• Oversee the definition of the near term and long term systems requirements to support the evolving needs of a dynamic communications services provider.
• Define the technology strategy and implementation plan.
• Develop the technology roadmap implementation plan.
• Oversee the implementation of the technology roadmap.
The Director will have responsibility for a team of experts to define the requirements and technical design. The Director will oversee the development of the technology using internal and external resources.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• 10 Years experience in an Information Systems environment.
• Understanding of leading edge technology such as Web Services and experience in applying that technology to business needs.
• Deep understanding of the communication services industry.
• 5 Years experience with customer care and billing
