Key Responsibilities: Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for SaaS/PaaS platforms. Collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to create intuitive and impactful user experiences. Analyze market trends, user feedback, and data to inform product decisions. Drive product innovation in ad tech and fintech spaces. Develop and communicate product requirements, user stories, and use cases. Monitor key performance metrics and iterate to ensure product success. Act as a champion for user-centered design principles. Qualifications: 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on UX design and strategy. Proven experience in SaaS/PaaS platforms, ad tech, or fintech. Exceptional ability to define product vision and translate it into actionable goals. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment. Fluency in Russian is a plus
