Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Manager:
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Manage payroll systems, controls, and reporting accuracy
• Partner with HR and Finance on audits, reconciliations, and inquiries
• Lead payroll process improvements and system enhancements
