Walk clients through key AT&T Fiber features in a clear and approachable way, improving their experience while naturally supporting sales retention. Help clients understand the reliability of their AT&T Fiber connection, building confidence that leads to stronger sales trust and referrals. Handle service and billing concerns with a straightforward approach, ensuring satisfaction while protecting future sales opportunities. Qualities of a Client Care Coordinator A high school diploma or GED is preferred and is a plus. Experience in sales or client care is a bonus.
