Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant and Front Office Person to join our dedicated team on-site in Frisco, TX. Responsibilities include supporting clinical operations through patient care, maintaining medical records, and performing medical assistant duties. Additional tasks involve handling front office responsibilities, such as scheduling, managing patient information, and providing administrative support to ensure an efficient and welcoming environment for all.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Assisting and understanding Medical Terminology
• Experience in managing a Medical Office and handling Medical Records
• Strong Patient Care skills with a focus on compassion and efficiency
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; certified medical assistant credentials preferred
• Previous experience in a vascular or clinical setting is a benefit
