This Physician will provide 8 hours of monthly on-site care, focusing on evaluating patients, delivering medical attention, arranging comprehensive care plans, and offering remote availability for urgent needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Evaluate patients monthly for an 8-hour shift.
• Provide medical attention and arrange care plans.
• Be available for calls throughout the month for questions or in case of an emergency.
• Work with individuals with disabilities, primarily those with brain injuries, in a residential group home setting.

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Neurology required.
