Job Title: Controller
Location: On-Site – Brecksville, Ohio
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Controller):
• Oversee financial functions tied to distribution operations, including inventory, COGS, and logistics expenditures
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to guide business decision-making
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and maintain audit-ready documentation and processes
• Monitor cost variances and provide actionable insights on operational spending patterns
Preferred Qualifications (Controller):
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in distribution, manufacturing, or logistics
• Strong background in inventory accounting, cost accounting, and internal control frameworks
