This role is perfect for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with low-voltage systems and customers:

• Install, configure, and test alarm systems including intrusion, fire, and surveillance systems.
• Run wiring, mount devices, and ensure all components are installed to code and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair system issues in the field.
• Educate customers on system use and basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams on scheduling, system design, and service needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, service calls, and equipment used.

• Experience installing or servicing alarm, security, or low-voltage systems.
• 1+ years experience with alarm panels, CCTV, access control, or related technologies.
• Fire Life Safety certificate preferred.
