Key ResponsibilitiesThis role is perfect for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with low-voltage systems and customers:
- Install, configure, and test alarm systems including intrusion, fire, and surveillance systems.
- Run wiring, mount devices, and ensure all components are installed to code and company standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair system issues in the field.
- Educate customers on system use and basic troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal teams on scheduling, system design, and service needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations, service calls, and equipment used.
Qualifications- Experience installing or servicing alarm, security, or low-voltage systems.
- 1+ years experience with alarm panels, CCTV, access control, or related technologies.
- Fire Life Safety certificate preferred.
