This is a full-time, on-site position for a Physical Therapist located in New York, NY. The role involves evaluating and developing personalized therapy plans to support patients in improving mobility, relieving pain, and achieving their functional goals. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, providing quality rehabilitation services, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal outcomes. The position requires a hands-on and empathetic approach to patient care, as well as home care visits as needed.

• Proficiency in Physical Therapy techniques and principles
• Strong knowledge in Medicine and Rehabilitation practices
• Experience and commitment to providing exceptional Patient Care and Home Care services
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New York
• Demonstrated ability to work cohesively with a medical care team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs and environments
• Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is a plus
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or equivalent qualification
