POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Sales Manager of Account Management at ADDMAN Polymer, you will be responsible for leading and developing account management team while overseeing a portfolio of key customer relationships across Commercial Space/Aerospace & Defense, medical, and high-end industrial markets. Your primary focus will be to drive revenue growth within existing accounts, expand strategic partnerships, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
In this role, you will direct and mentor a team of Account Managers, establishing account strategies, driving pipeline development, and ensuring consistent execution of commercial objectives. You will serve as the senior commercial leader for key accounts, working cross-functionally with Program Management, Engineering, and Operations to align customer needs with ADDMAN's capabilities and long-term growth strategy.
This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and requires U.S. person status.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The role requires frequent interaction with manufacturing operations, where PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed shoes are required. Typical plant conditions with ambient temperature, standard lighting, and machining equipment in use.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.) and movement throughout manufacturing areas. May involve accessing or observing equipment in confined or elevated spaces, following all safety procedures.
