Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $75,000 - $85,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full Time
Work Environment: Fully onsite | Business casual dress (jeans welcome)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document supply chain processes and procedures to help formalize current operations
• Support supply chain administration
• Work with internal teams to manage projections and communicate with suppliers regarding product needs and timelines
• Coordinate with third-party logistics partners
• Issue and manage purchase orders
• Monitor supply chain activity and help ensure products move efficiently through the distribution process

Qualifications

Required

• 3–5 years of progressive supply chain experience in distribution, inventory management, or logistics operations
• Understanding of basic logistics processes, including international shipping and working with third-party logistics providers (3PL)
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred

• Experience working with ERP systems
• Professional supply chain certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP
• Experience working with AI tools or automation in supply chain environments
