Wealth Management Leader Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial reporting, audit processes, and quality control across client portfolios and entities
• Lead and mentor a team, developing talent and driving performance across the organization
• Partner with leadership on investment strategy, acquisitions, and financial due diligence
• Drive process improvements and enhance financial operations, reporting, and systems
• Maintain and grow key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters

Wealth Management Leader Qualifications:
• CPA required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting, audit, or financial leadership experience
• Experience within wealth management, financial services, or complex client environments
• Strong leadership and team development experience
• Exposure to M&A, due diligence, or transaction-related work is highly preferred
