RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST:

• The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage weekly billing including hotel and catering revenue streams
• The Accounts Receivable Specialist will process invoices and support full-cycle AR activity
• Assist with collections efforts and follow up on past-due balances
• Support close activities including reconciliations and non-cash account tracking

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
• Experience with billing, invoicing, and collections required
• General accounting exposure is a plus
• Intermediate Excel skills including filtering and data handling a plus
