Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am - 5pm Job Description:Assisting patients and families navigate during their most challenging moments is a job not everyone can do. Medical Social Workers (CSWA/ LMSW) serve an exceptionally critical function during those moments that are essential to our team. Be empowered by joining a team of hospice clinicians making a difference to patients. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated licensed social worker who will provide a tender supportive care experience to the patients and family during their visits. As a locally-owned hospice agency, we aim to offer a hospice service done the right way with our tender hearts. Come and join our team!
