What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Manage general ledger activity and prepare journal entries
• Perform balance sheet and income statement reconciliations
• Maintain fixed assets (depreciation, additions, disposals)
• Support inventory accounting, cycle counts, and variance analysis
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Perform variance analysis and support budgeting/forecasting
• Own key pieces of the month-end close (accruals, adjustments)
• Assist with year-end close and audit preparation
• Partner closely with the Controller and support process improvements
• Review AP coding and assist with vendor-related issues as needed

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• 2+ years of public accounting experience preferred
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Fixed assets and/or inventory experience is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
