What You’ll Own
  • Lead and elevate 2nd shift production operations—balancing safety, quality, and output
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of leads, operators, and line staff
  • Champion compliance with GMP, HACCP, USDA/FDA standards
  • Drive production planning, labor optimization, and line performance
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives (efficiency, waste reduction, throughput)
  • Keep a sharp focus on sanitation, safety, and operational excellence
  • Track and act on KPIs like yield, downtime, labor utilization, and product quality
  • Partner cross-functionally with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning to keep everything running smoothly
  • Play a key role in hiring, onboarding, and performance management
What You Should Bring
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in food, dairy, or food processing manufacturing
  • 2+ years of direct people management
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory compliance
  • Experience with Lean / continuous improvement is a big plus
  • English/Spanish bilingual a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Food Science, Operations, Manufacturing, or similar)
