The Customer Service Specialist will support both customer service and purchasing functions, managing orders, vendor communication, and ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.

• Process customer and national account orders
• Expedite purchase orders and coordinate with vendors on delivery timelines
• Monitor inventory levels, run reports, and support purchasing decisions
• Resolve order discrepancies and act as liaison between customers, vendors, and sales

• 0–2 years of customer service, purchasing, or related experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• ERP or order management system experience a plus
