Provide leadership and direction for all facets of Transportation Operations for the Fulfillment Center (FC) and the FC's corresponding 3+ Spoke Operations within the region/catchment area. Oversee personnel for the FC's delivery region, and develop, improve, and implement processes to reduce delivery expense and increase customer satisfaction of the delivery experience.
