The Network Administration Manager will oversee the reliability, security, and modernization of its enterprise and field-based networks. This role owns end-to-end network operations across cloud, hybrid, and on-site environments, using a Microsoft-first, Zero Trust approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead network operations across corporate offices, cloud platforms, hybrid infrastructure, and remote sites
• Design and support secure Azure and hybrid networking, including VNets, routing, segmentation, and connectivity
• Ensure high availability, performance, resiliency, and disaster recovery
• Implement identity-aware access using Entra ID, Conditional Access, and device posture
• Administer Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Azure network security services
• Enforce data protection and DLP across Microsoft 365
• Own monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response
• Collaborate with Cloud, Security, and Application teams on secure-by-design solutions
• Drive automation and standardization using PowerShell and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Remain hands-on while mentoring engineering resources

Network Administration Manager

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise network engineering or operations experience
• Strong experience with Azure networking, Meraki, VPNs/ExpressRoute, and Microsoft 365 E5 security tools
• Deep understanding of modern network security and Zero Trust principles
• Experience supporting distributed or field-based environments preferred
• Collaborative, practical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
