️We're Looking to Add a Home Services Carpenter to our Team! Location: Salem, NH Blackdog Home Services Are you a skilled carpenter who takes pride in detail and craftsmanship? About The Position This is not large-scale framing work-our Home Services Carpenters focus on residential projects, smaller remodeling jobs, and handyman services. Some of our typical projects include:

• Cabinetry installation and repair
• Trim and decorative molding installation and repair
• Doors and windows
• Minor kitchen and bath upgrades
• Light plumbing and electrical
• Tiling and flooring
• Painting and touch-ups

What We Offer

• Pay: $28.00-$33.00/hour (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonus potential on individual jobs (not guaranteed)

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of carpentry or residential remodeling experience (or equivalent proven skills)
• Your own basic set of carpentry tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Professionalism and ability to work directly with clients
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to ensure accurate documentation and client interaction
• Comfortable with technology, including basic use of Apple or Android communication tools
• Willingness to work in Southern NH and Northern MA
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team processes
• Comfortable working inside, outside, on ladders, and on roofs
• Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a thorough background check
