This role is a unique blend of client facing on-site support (40%) and remote recruiting (60%), requiring strong relationship management, organization, and recruiting.</p> <p>The ideal candidate thrives in both environments: building partnerships on-site with a client, while maintaining high recruiting remotely and individually driven. Please do not reply to this ad if you want remote work only.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br />On-Site Account Support (40%)</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary on-site representative for a designated customer</li> <li>Build strong relationships with client supervisors and leadership</li> <li>Manage daily staffing needs, including:</li> <li>Attendance tracking</li> <li>Headcount alignment</li> <li>Shift check-ins and employee support</li> <li>Address employee relations issues and escalate when necessary</li> <li>Ensure compliance with safety, onboarding, and client-specific requirements</li> <li>Conduct floor walks and maintain visibility with both client and associates</li> <li>Partner with recruiting team to communicate real-time hiring needs</li> </ul> <p>Remote Recruiting (60%)</p> <ul> <li>Source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple accounts</li> <li>Manage full-cycle recruiting, including:</li> <li>Job postings</li> <li>Candidate outreach</li> <li>Interview scheduling</li> <li>Hiring and onboarding coordination</li> <li>Maintain consistent pipeline activity to meet fill-rate goals</li> <li>Utilize ATS and recruiting tools to track candidate progress</li> <li>Partner with internal teams to prioritize openings and align on hiring strategy</li> <li>Deliver strong candidate experience from first contact through placement</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Recruiting/staffing industry, or customer-facing experience (staffing industry preferred)</li> <li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li> <li>Ability to manage time effectively between on-site and remote responsibilities</li> <li>High level of organization and attention to detail</li> <li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS systems</li> </ul> <p>Schedule & Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Approximately 40% on-site at assigned customer location</li> <li>Approximately 60% remote work from home</li> <li>Flexibility required to support client needs and recruiting demands</li> </ul>PandoLogic.
