The Opportunity

We are seeking a curious, motivated Associate Optometrist who is excited to grow clinically. You do not need prior specialty experience. We are already practicing specialty care at a high level and are committed to mentoring the right doctor into the areas that fascinate them most.

This is a Monday through Friday role, providing you with a consistent schedule and a healthy work-life balance in the heart of the Southwest.

Specialty Care You Can Grow Into

We provide structured, hands-on mentorship in:

  • Scleral lenses and specialty contact lenses
  • Myopia management
  • Neuro-visual prescribing
  • Vision therapy and functional vision care

This role is designed for an optometrist (new grad or experienced) who:

Compensation & Benefits
