Position Highlights
- 4-day work week (subject to role and rotation)

Responsibilities
Outpatient Clinic (Primary Focus)
- Perform patient evaluations, histories, and physical exams
- Diagnose and manage conditions
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Document care accurately in EMR
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
Hospital Support (Rotational)
- Assist physicians with inpatient consults and rounding
- Monitor patient progress and communicate with care teams
- Support discharge planning and care coordination
- Collaborate with hospitalists and specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- NCCPA certification required
- Active Oregon PA license (or ability to obtain)
- ACLS certification preferred
