Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Clinic Director to lead the Clinical operations of our Gameday Men's Health Kingwood clinic. This is a part-time, on-site position based in Kingwood, TX. The Clinic Director will oversee daily clinic operations, manage staff, ensure patient satisfaction, administer and coordinate treatments, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. Additionally, the director will drive clinic performance, foster client relationships, and contribute to patients achieving optimal healthcare outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Orthopedics, Hormones, ED, Weight Loss
- Strong understanding of Medicine, Healthcare, and patient care services
- Leadership and managerial skills with experience overseeing clinic operations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Experience in men's health services is a plus
- Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; advanced healthcare certifications or qualifications are advantageous
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance protocols within healthcare settings
- Current NP or PA Texas Medical License
- Current DEA License
