The Ivy Lounge Wellness is hiring a polished, client-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our boutique IV hydration and wellness lounge in Las Colinas, Irving.

The Ivy Lounge Wellness is a boutique IV hydration and wellness lounge. Our focus is simple: deliver premium hydration, vitamin injection, beauty, energy, immunity, and recovery services in a calm, elevated, hospitality-driven setting.

Our clients are not just coming in for a treatment. They are coming in for an experience. Every detail matters - the first greeting, the comfort of the IV start, the way services are explained, the cleanliness of the treatment space, and the confidence they feel in the person caring for them.

Role Description:

The Registered Nurse will provide elective IV hydration therapy and IM wellness injections under established standing orders, medical director protocols, and appropriate clinical oversight.

This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys one-on-one client interaction, takes pride in clinical precision, and understands that luxury wellness is built on both safety and service.

You should be comfortable working in a boutique environment where clients expect professionalism, warmth, confidence, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer IV hydration therapy and IM wellness injections in accordance with standing orders and medical director protocols.
• Perform client intake, review health history, obtain vitals, and screen for contraindications before treatment.
• Place peripheral IVs safely, efficiently, and comfortably across a range of clients.
• Prepare IV bags and IM injections using proper aseptic technique and medication safety standards.
• Monitor clients throughout treatment and respond appropriately to any adverse reactions or concerns.
• Educate clients on treatment options, ingredients, expected benefits, aftercare, and appropriate service recommendations.
• Document each client visit clearly, accurately, and promptly in the EMR.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and beautifully presented treatment area.
• Support a concierge-level client experience that encourages trust, repeat visits, and long-term membership interest.
• Represent The Ivy Lounge Wellness with professionalism, warmth, discretion, and brand-appropriate presentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Texas.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience with strong peripheral IV insertion skills.
• Comfortable with client intake, vitals, contraindication screening, IV starts, IM injections, monitoring, and documentation.
• Able to follow standing orders, medical director protocols, and established clinical workflows.
• Reliable availability for some evenings and Saturdays.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in IV hydration, med spa, aesthetics, concierge medicine, infusion, ER, urgent care, pre-op, outpatient wellness, or similar settings.
• ACLS certification.
• Familiarity with vitamin injections, wellness shots, or compounded nutrient therapies.
• A calm, polished, client-facing presence.
• Ability to educate clients clearly and make appropriate service or membership recommendations without sounding pushy.
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, documentation, and client comfort.
