Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media/Client Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Based in Grand Haven, MI, this on-site role involves managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and interacting with our audience. You'll also ensure seamless client communication, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Additionally, you will handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism, maintaining positive relationships with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to foster positive client relationships
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective communication techniques
• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering excellent Customer Service
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation is a plus
• Organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with the local real estate market is an advantage
• Knowledge with Photography and Creating Reels
• Experience with Canva and some Graphic Design
