You will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and aligned with organizational standards.</span></div><div> </div><div><b><span >What You’ll Do</span></b><span > </span></div><div><i><span >Project Management & Facilities Operations – </span></i></div><ul ><li><span >Lead facilities projects from planning through execution and closeout.</span></li><li><span >Develop project scopes, timelines, schedules, and resource plans. </span></li><li><span >Coordinate vendors, contractors, internal teams, and operational stakeholders.</span></li><li><span >Monitor project progress, quality, budget, risks, and minimize delays.</span></li></ul><div><i><span >Infrastructure & Systems Support – </span></i></div><ul ><li><span >Support facility improvements involving HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems. </span></li><li><span >Evaluate infrastructure needs and recommend operational improvements. </span></li><li><span >Assist with emergency preparedness planning and infrastructure readiness. </span></li><li><span >Review work orders requiring urgent operational attention. </span></li></ul><div><i><span >Process Improvement & Compliance – </span></i></div><ul ><li><span >Improve workflows, operational procedures, and departmental documentation. </span><b><span > </span></b></li><li><span >Support inspections, citations, permits, reporting, and regulatory coordination. </span><b><span > </span></b></li><li><span >Maintain project records and operational documentation. </span><b><span > </span></b></li><li><span >Standardize project execution and quality expectations across Facilities Operations. </span><b><span > </span></b></li></ul><div><b><span >Requirements</span></b></div><ul ><li><span >Experience in construction trades, complex operations within facilities, and contractor management.</span></li><li><span >Working experience in HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure and backup systems, mechanical troubleshooting, residential constructions processes. </span></li><li><span >High School Diploma or Equivalent, Technical School Diploma preferred.</span></li><li><span >Exceptional communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
