We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Operations Manager to keep our high-performing real estate team running at full speed.


This role is the engine behind the scenes - managing daily operations, supporting our agents so they can focus on clients and closings, and keeping transactions moving from contract to close without a hitch.


What you'll do:

  • Keep daily operations organized and on track
  • Support agents with admin, scheduling, and follow-through
  • Manage transaction coordination from open to close
  • Solve problems before they become issues
Compensation:

$70,000 - $80,000 plus Bonus


Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize email correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up on all transactions and deadlines
  • Oversee and maintain communication with clients, team members, and a virtual assistant to facilitate smooth workflow, efficient task management and accountability
  • Support the team by preparing, reviewing, and submitting offers in a timely and accurate manner using MLS, Car Forms, and CRM
  • Open doors for inspectors, photographers, appraisers, or contractors
  • Ensuring the Team Leader is on track with all responsibilities
  • Schedule and conduct property inspections with the required documentation

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in real estate software and tools (e.g., CRM, transaction management platforms, MLS knowledge)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Knowledge of real estate processes, including offers, marketing, and transaction coordination, is a plus
  • Real Estate License is a huge plus
  • Must have experience in the Real Estate world
