Eligible applicants will be offered a sign-on bonus of $20,000 for a 2-year work commitment.

  • Administers contrast in accordance with established protocols under the direction of the proceduralist
  • Performs proper patient positioning and applies appropriate radiographic techniques for interventional procedures
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of patient preparation, equipment operation, and monitoring systems
  • Accurately identifies patients using two identifiers and follows universal protocol for all procedures
  • Reviews patient history and physician orders; applies departmental protocols to ensure optimal imaging results
  • Documents patient history and required information in the electronic medical record
  • Maintains a safe procedural environment by adhering to aseptic technique and time-out processes
  • Communicates clearly with patients to explain procedures, ease concerns, and encourage cooperation
  • Ensures all exams are accurately coded, tracked in RIS, transmitted to ISITE, and charges are properly entered
  • Builds positive relationships with patients and team members through compassion, respect, and active listening
  • Collaborates effectively across departments to support efficient patient care
  • Assists with general radiographic procedures as needed
  • Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology or an accredited program in invasive cardiovascular technology.

    Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
    CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.

  • ARRT Certificate OR Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist OR Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
