Principal Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and interpret assessment data
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct counseling services, crisis intervention, and behavioral support as needed
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administration on educational strategies and student progress
- Participate in eligibility, intervention, and progress monitoring meetings
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for all services and assessments
