Pay: $20 - $24 per hour

Adecco is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Printer Operators for a leading printing and mailing facility in Portland, Maine. These are temp-to-hire opportunities offering long-term career growth, stability, and the opportunity to join a growing production team.

Job Responsibilities

• Load paper and materials into designated printer trays and feeders

• Operate printers and production equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Start, stop, and monitor machines to ensure efficient production

• Clear minor paper jams and perform basic troubleshooting

• Conduct quality checks to identify defects and ensure production standards are met

• Verify piece counts and production accuracy

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Experience in a printing, mailing, manufacturing, or production environment preferred, but not required

• Basic machine operation skills

• Ability to read, understand, and follow documented SOPs and safety requirements

• Basic math skills

• Strong reading comprehension and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
