Quality Engineer

Join the team today! Quality Engineer Responsibilities: Develop quality systems and ensure compliance. · Verify the use of SPC and other process controls – train and develop operators as needed.

· Assist with 8D corrective actions related to complaints and concerns and maintain logs to ensure timely turnaround on disposition of parts. · Develop relationships with plant management and operators to resolve quality issues. · Conduct quality system internal audits.

· Assist with documentation associated with all quality standards, including ISO/IATF/SPC/Compliance. · Interface with the quality inspection department on PPAP preparation and documentation required for submission. · Review, track, and disposition all internal non-conforming materials and products.

· Ensure training programs for employees are conducted on quality system policies and procedures. · Develop and maintain all customer-specific requirements, FEMA, PFEMA, and flow charts. · Complete other duties as assigned.

Schedule:  Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm  Occasional OT Pay:  $35/hr.
