Job Responsibilities
- Operates fabrication equipment, including but not limited to drill presses, hardware insertion machines, deburring tools, and other small machinery.
- Works with Floor Leaders to ensure quality control on product lines and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Reports concerns, issues, and material shortages to Team Leader(s).
- Maintains a clean, organized, and functional work area.
- Follows and promotes adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by Floor Leader(s).
Essential Skills & Role Qualifications
- Basic organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and a team player, with the ability to follow directions in a multi-tasking environment.
- Ability to differentiate colors, use basic hand tools, and read engineering blueprints and bills of materials.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., ability to use a mouse and Windows applications).
- Must be able to operate most fabrication equipment and demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of production and quality standards, as well as assembly procedures and processes (preferred).
Essential Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required); additional education (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience operating fabrication equipment, including drill presses.
- Experience in the foodservice manufacturing industry (preferred).
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 5:am -3:30pm
Pay: $18.75 per hour
