Recruitment Specialist - Onsite
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Onsite Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborate with staffing agencies, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with temporary staffing agencies to source and select qualified candidates for various roles
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and documentation completion
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
