Part-Time or Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist Needed in Fredericksburg, Virginia ($55–$65/hr)

We are a private, multi-specialty dental practice located in Fredericksburg, Virginia, looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to become a part of our general dentistry team. This position is not affiliated with a corporate entity. You will engage with adult patients in a nurturing atmosphere and will have the support of a dedicated assistant.

Work Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care to adult patients
• Conduct routine cleanings, periodontal treatments, and educate patients
• Foster strong relationships with patients through effective communication
• Collaborate with doctors, assistants, and the clinical team
• Ensure a positive, patient-centered experience

Qualifications

• Valid Virginia Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Warm, approachable personality with a true passion for patient care
• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative spirit

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate of $55–$65, depending on experience
