Role Purpose

As a Physician within our team, you will play a crucial role in transforming preventive healthcare. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology—such as high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular evaluations, and data-driven decision support—you will identify potential health risks early and guide patients towards improved long-term wellness. This position requires a high level of collaboration, as you will work alongside Advanced Practice Providers, Operators, and various cross-functional partners to ensure a seamless, insight-driven experience for our patients.

What You’ll Achieve in the First 6–12 Months
  • Provide exceptional preventive health screenings that prioritize our members, employing advanced tools and evidence-based protocols to foster trust in every interaction (Member First, Always).
  • Transform clinical insights into actionable, personalized plans, concentrating on impactful interventions that adhere to established pathways while remaining adaptable as our standards evolve (Impact Not Performance).
  • Educate members with clear, human-centered information regarding dermatologic and cardiovascular risks, equipping them with practical and compassionate support for healthier lifestyles (Human After All).
  • Collaborate effectively with clinicians and care teams to function as a unified entity, ensuring continuity, shared understanding, and consistently excellent outcomes for every member (One Team, One Body).
  • Drive significant improvements by engaging in research, training, and product development, embracing experimentation and continuous learning to help create tenfold enhancements in preventive care (Chase 10X, Not 10%).
Minimum Qualifications
  • MD or DO with Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related discipline, along with over 1 year of experience in a relevant clinical environment.
  • Active medical license in New York.
  • A strong passion for preventive care and evidence-based practices.
  • Comfortable operating in a technology-driven, fast-paced clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, a curious mindset, and a collaborative approach.
