Our organization in Kearney, NE, is in search of a dedicated and skilled RN to become part of their Labor & Delivery team. This facility features 10 spacious, private LDRP rooms and is committed to keeping mothers and their newborns together, creating a unique and rewarding work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional care to mothers and their newborns, maintaining a 1:1 laboring ratio.
- Assist in the NICU for feeders and growers as required.
- Current RN license is mandatory.
- Willingness to work every third weekend and one major and one minor holiday.
This role involves working in a supportive and dynamic environment, ensuring that both mothers and newborns receive the highest quality of care.
