Join Our Growing Urology Practice in Morgantown!

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for an additional urologist to join our expanding team in Morgantown! Currently, our practice consists of three urologists, and we are looking to grow to meet the increasing demand in Northern West Virginia. Our organization promotes a collaborative Advanced Practice Provider (APP) model, offers clear pathways to partnership, and features a distinctive medical technology development program that empowers physicians to innovate while retaining ownership of their ideas. This is a fantastic chance for a physician seeking a high-quality urology practice in a progressive, technology-focused environment.

Hospital Highlights:
  • Level IV trauma center
  • Access to multiple da Vinci 5 and single-port robotic systems
  • Advanced lasers, lithotripsy platforms, and an Aquablation center utilizing the HYDROS system
  • Dedicated cystoscopy suite
Practice Highlights:
  • General urology position with opportunities for subspecialization
  • Support for subspecialty interests, including Endourology, Oncology, and Men's Health
  • Robotics experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Call schedule: Approximately 10 days per month, including one weekend (manageable). APPs assist with weekday calls alongside the assigned urologist
  • Optional weekend call with additional compensation; rarely involves OR cases
  • APPs support clinic operations, follow-ups, and participate in call duties
  • Dedicated OR block time available
  • Strong mentorship in robotics from a high-volume robotic surgeon and national/international proctor
  • Unique program for medical technology development
  • Opportunities to engage in urology resident education, research, and publications (optional)
  • Open to J-1 and H1-B visa candidates
