We are a government contractor dedicated to serving our nation's Veterans, and we're actively searching for skilled General Medicine Nurse Practitioners to conduct Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams and Separation Health Assessments (SHAs).     • Conduct comprehensive C&P exams and SHAs for Veterans, primarily using an interview-based approach with some physical assessments (range of motion, muscle strength testing).
    • Analyze medical records and complete standardized forms within a secure government provider portal.
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure accurate assessments and timely reporting of Veteran needs.
    • Complete follow-up administrative tasks such as addendums, medical opinions, and diagnostic reviews as required.Who You Are:
      • Active certification as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AANP) (required).
      • Current and active license to practice medicine in Washington (required).
      • Familiarity with musculoskeletal, diabetes, and cardiovascular conditions (required).
      • Proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
      • Comfort and experience with interview-based patient assessments (preferred).
      • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with Veterans.
