• Outpatient Only
• Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am-2pm

• Malpractice coverage is provided, including tail coverage, 100% covered by the group

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
• Active CA License or ability to obtain
