Dietary Aide

Express Employment Professionals of Warwick, RI is seeking a dedicated and motivated Dietary Aide for immediate hire!

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Assistant Manager of Food Services, the Dietary Aide is responsible for serving a variety of food items to patients. This role includes preparing and maintaining the cafeteria, ensuring cleanliness, and other related duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the cafeteria counter for each meal service (morning, afternoon, and breaks)
• Ensure dishes, trays, silverware, and cups are stocked and readily available
• Serve food to employees and guests in the cafeteria line with a positive attitude and respect
• Practice proper portion control techniques
• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs after each meal service
• Communicate with the kitchen to replenish food as needed
• Maintain appropriate food temperatures for both hot and cold items
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Restock and refill condiments as necessary
• Track the number of employees and guests served
• Clean and sanitize cooking and serving utensils
• Prepare and deliver patient snacks and nourishments
