We are looking for a Part-Time provider (20-30 hours per week, 2-3 days) for our facility located in Warwick, RI. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant.
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $54 to $60, along with an incentive compensation program that has no cap on earnings.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves working closely with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities.
Collaboration with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician is essential for delivering patient-specific medical care. The Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents, working alongside other medical professionals to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
QualificationsApplicants must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid registered nurse license. Nurse Practitioners should be certified after completing an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. Physician Assistants must have graduated from an ARC-PA accredited program and passed the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to use the PAC designation, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.
A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
In states where applicable, APRNs must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice. PAs must also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for their practice locations.

To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Some benefits, including health plans, may not be available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.
Salary RangeHourly wage: $54.00 - $60.00
