Our organization is actively seeking to fill faculty roles at various ranks (Assistant, Associate, or Professor) within the Division of Transplant and Cell Therapy (TCT) and Hematological Malignancies. We invite clinical investigators who are enthusiastic about advancing academic and patient-centered research to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidates will primarily focus on clinical responsibilities while also engaging in the development, execution, and participation in clinical trials and collaborative research related to blood and marrow transplantation and cellular immunotherapy.
Collaborative EnvironmentWe pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative, mentoring, and supportive atmosphere, particularly for recent graduates and junior faculty members. Teaching duties will include supervising residents, fellows, and mid-level providers during both outpatient and inpatient care.
Research FocusIn addition to conventional therapies, our TCT/Hematological Malignancies Division is dedicated to pioneering novel treatments for hematological malignancies. This includes innovative agents, small molecule inhibitors, immune therapies (such as CAR-T, cell-based therapies, monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, and gene therapy), as well as both autologous and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for various conditions.
Candidates may choose to focus on specific hematological diseases and treatment modalities based on their interests.
Support and FacilitiesThis role is backed by our Cancer Center Clinical Trials Unit, which includes dedicated clinic spaces, infusion centers, an inpatient unit, a new cGMP and TCT laboratory, and a FACT-accredited TCT program for pediatric autologous and allogeneic BMT and immune effector cell therapy. Additionally, we have a fully characterized tumor sample repository and a state-of-the-art Children’s Hospital that opened in 2021, all situated on the Medical School campus.
Qualifications- MD or equivalent degree
- Completion of fellowships in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology or Immunology
- Preferred: TCT fellowship or equivalent experience
- Board eligible or certified in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology or Immunology
We offer a comprehensive salary and benefits package, with academic appointments aligned with experience and qualifications. Administrative and research support, including staff and resources, will be provided.
The salary range for this position starts at $200,000 and can go up to $500,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure represents the base compensation and does not include variable compensation or additional productivity bonuses, which will be discussed during the recruitment process.
