We are excited to present several opportunities for Outpatient Primary Care Physicians across various locations, all of which are recognized as certified Rural Health Clinics.

Join a reputable and expanding practice that boasts an established patient base. Enjoy a minimal on-call requirement, as the OSF After-Hours Call Center will handle initial calls, and there are no inpatient duties involved. A group call rotation is in place for added support.

Our organization offers flexible scheduling options, allowing for a 4-5 day work week. You will have the advantage of utilizing AI technology for efficient note-taking, along with embedded Care Coordinators dedicated to assisting at-risk patients. Mentorship opportunities are available, and you will be part of a collaborative care team model with robust clinical support.

The salary range for this full-time clinical position is estimated between $285,000 and $305,000. This range is subject to variation based on factors such as the critical need for the role, overall experience and qualifications, community demand, and other relevant considerations. Additional compensation may include bonuses or incentives based on performance metrics.
