What you'll do:
  • Coordinate waste shipments and schedule transportation activities.
  • Track manifests, containers, trailers, and equipment inventory.
  • Process invoices and assist with monthly accruals and billing activities.
  • Order supplies, labels, containers, and equipment as needed.
  • Assist with purchase order creation and tracking.
  • Maintain compliance inspection records and ensure documentation is completed and filed.
  • Prepare shipping documents and waste tracking paperwork.
  • Coordinate training reminders and maintain related records.
  • Track and manage site-issued equipment.
  • Support waste inventory activities, meetings, and turnaround events.
  • Assist with regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Communicate with field personnel, site teams, and vendors to support daily operations.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and security requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What's required:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial, refinery, or plant environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with purchasing systems and administrative processes preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable communicating via two-way radio.
  • Willingness to support occasional overtime, weekends, and turnaround activities.
