Hours: 3rd shift Sunday - Thursday 9:00pm - 5:00am
Pay: $19.00/hr. (+$1.75/hr. shift differential)

Job Summary for Scheduling Associate:
Assist with aspects of processing, batching, scheduling, ordering product, and managing schedule changes. Assists with developing and executing production plans to meet customer expectations and maintaining inventory levels of finished goods.
Responsibilities of Scheduling Associate:
- Assist with scheduling tasks and managing the daily schedule
- Release orders in the production-ready queue
- Collate jobs in order jackets and batch according to production schedule
- Process Jaffa dept orders accordingly, including but not limited to the processing of film
- Help coordinate the completion of the production schedule multiple times per shift
- Track execution of production plan and assist in identifying and resolving deviations in the schedule
- Coordinate with Value Streams to develop, communicate, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure timely and accurate schedule completion
- Create and manage work orders to produce semi-finished goods and new product testing
- Assist with review and response for quoting and rush requests
- Manage inventory levels of select semi-finished goods and facilitate the ordering/creation of more stock at key inventory levels through MIN/MAX planning
- Facilitate the ordering of inventory from the warehouse in accordance with the production schedule
- Order custom magnet dies and create custom magnet imposition templates
- Batch and order magnesium dies and coordinate with the Doniphan facility
- Maintain an effective working relationship with all employees and leaders
- Actively participates in and support teamwork and continuous process improvement projects
- Demonstrate flexibility and commitment through cross training consistent with business needs
- Performs duties safely and in accordance with company policies
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications of Scheduling Associate:
- Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds frequently
- Must be able to walk from one end of the plant to the other with ease, multiple times per shift
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting schedules and deadlines with a sense of urgency
- Reading, writing and math skills equivalent to that identified by a High School Diploma or GED
- Self-motived with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Understand basic manufacturing processes and work safely in a production environment
- Proficient in working with computers and Microsoft Windows-based applications
- Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn Adobe Creative Suite
