Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Skills & Experience Sought:

• Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably at the elementary level
• Strong clinical expertise in speech, language, and communication disorders
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques for a diverse student population
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Your Role Includes:

• Delivering both direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to elementary students
• Conducting assessments, developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and documenting student progress
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintaining compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations
• Focusing solely on your speech-language caseload, with no additional supervision requirements such as bus or parent pickup duty
